I'm rather nervous about this .___.'''
Age: 25 (approximate)
Species: Yuuzhan Vong
Height: 6 feet (approximate)
Affiliation: Warrior Caste
History: Perhaps a being of relatively unknown, disposable role,
Elmira would never have a statue of herself in any park, unless by the will of whatever unknown force shaped the universe, be it Yun'Yuzhaan or the plethora of other overseers
birthed into the great grand expanse of deep space. Elmira wasn't really the prime example of heroism, nor the profic honored ideal of bumbling incompetency.
One of the numerous children of a standard batch of warrior offspring, Elmira was the only child who lacked the name affixation "muf-", which all her crechemates shared (but were ashamed to have). By the age of 8 she was assigned to a multi-domain training division under an unorthodox creche mother, who was later apprehended on charges of heresy but dissappeared before trial. For this embarassing mishap, it become increasingly harder for her to gain notice from nervous authorities.
Elmira loved to collect the facial hair of alien creatures, for what better way to compensate for her own fallibility? She had an affixiation to shaggy haired beasts. The chance would come, years later in an unfamiliar galaxy, and Elmira was very impatient in coming of age.
A fanaticism typical to warriors settled over Elmira, but, alas she was assigned to the most remote posts, left anonymous in the bowels of history. This isolation tucked Elmira away from the glory of imminent death, and she continued the day by day on conquered worlds where most of the bloodlust had drained away.
Perhaps the abundance of native fauna kept Elmira at bay, a steady source of facial hair.
It was endurable.
Strengths: Elmira is physically stronger than a human, and, against all
odds, has a sizeable body count made up of individuals as unotable as
she. Elmira is a competent pilot, or incompetant. She has yet to make a pretty mess in the
vacuum of space consisting of shed entrails.
Weaknesses: Elmira has a materialistic streak, hoarding grisly
"souveneirs" from the native fauna. Elmira is deeply jealous of anyone with
hair on their heads, because she feels it would be a distinguishing trait.
Elmira posesses the arrogance quite commonly expected by the dis-unifying canon of the warrior caste, and has developed a habit of nail biting; her hands are marked by numerous scars where the skin has been peeled off. She has attempted to further engrave the fingers with geometric scarifications to hide this.
Sample post:
The staff coiled, like a scarf that aspiring to be as a seedling
turned-upside down groping towards sunlight. For a petty moment Elmira forgot
it was a great smothering dark in the cavernous forest. Notably, Elmira
knew a great deal more about who was who in the scouting group than was
to be revealed. In fact, Elmira probably knew the name of the planet,
and the reason she was sent here. But that information would remain hidden to onlookers, for she was rather occupied with a most interesting sight.
It was rather un-warriorlike, but Elmira remained an unseen spectator.
The village was tucked away into the surrounding clutter of the forest, and a singular creature could be seen walking the streets. Perhaps the warrior was in awe in that moment.
