(eh, I was hoping to resolve this IM. Just think of all her dialogue as a continuous block of speech, uninterrupted. The reply should be to the dialogue as a whole, as the "that we agree on" line stands out of place if she says it right after "stop this")
"I have never been put in the same position - until now."
She watched the portal dilate again from the grashal’ second visitor. The entrance had contracted significantly for their distance apart, and the intendant was stooping as it slowly recognized her movement.
Elmira scoffed at Nia's denial. She tugged on the muscles above her eye sockets, raising the black neural implants embedded there.
Surely, there must have been someone. The climate in a worldship easily likened to that of a tank full of nipping philli at mating season, and the intendant would inevitably attract the attention of a minding consul with her defiant tongue. She had lived long enough. Or was the intendant masking the fact she did this on purpose, to various degrees of success. Or was she an utter failure sent on a haphazard mission as a last measure?
She dropped the body she was carrying on the floor next to the pool filled with preservative fluid, letting it roll some distance. The Jedi did not protest, and kept his impression of death. He would get his chance to resume living when the room was emptied of occupants.
“You do it. I’m changing.” She pointed to the branching hallway. In the separate rooms were the nest bunks its inhabitants slept in. Elmira kept a change of clothes in one of these, in the floor space designated to her. It was not an expansive wardrobe by any means; Elmira possessed little more than the customary loincloth and a change of clothes. Possessions were unnecessary in her station.

((OOC: I was at work when I was replying and am not allowed to use IM there. You can always PM me over the board if you have any quibbles. Secondly, I do not tell you how to write, I would have thought it was entirely up to the recipient how to respond. When answering a large block of words, I would break the sentence down - rather than answering all in one go, And likewise my character analyzes each sentence separately, responding in kind. Other people have responded in such a way before and to no problem from anyone else, if this was a major problem it should really be brought up in the OOC discussions threads. We all have different styles of writing here, and it is an RP, so therefore the posting will be different from say - a fan fic or piece of creative writing. Please can we be a bit more tolerant and bring up any major issues in the OOC forums - many thanks.))
Nia Shul glanced down at the lifeless body of the Jeedai whelp. He had not moved a muscle since being dropped at the edge of the pool, not so much as the twitch of a down-covered synapse. Very good - she thought to herself with a slight inward smirk.
Elmira Val had disappeared from view, though her shuffling around was audible from this short distance. What perplexed Nia Shul, was that the warrior had actually given her the ok to drop the Jeedai into the nutrient pool...was she not concerned that her prize would drown if he was not already dead? There was only one way to find out.
Normally, Nia would have scoffed at the warrior, told her to do her own dirty work, but in the presence of the attending consuls, she could not exactly show so much disrespect. It was her task, until escalation, to attend, and attend she did. Lifting the limp form of the Y-eskii youth into her arms, she took a couple of unsteady steps forward.
"Ugh...you smell worse than you look" she grumbled irritably before plunging the lifeless body into the preservative teeming water. Small creatures began to jostle around beneath their silt covered hiding places and would soon go to work on the Jeedai within moments of him reaching the bottom of the pool. Nia Shul need only wait.
The nearby consul's presence gave her pause for thought, Elmira Val had touched on a subject that she had considered lost to her a long time ago...was it possible that she knew? No, few knew of that incident and the fewer the better. But what if she did? 'What if's' were not a good thing for any intendant to keep in their blackened mind, she would keep her silent resolve on the matter and hope for the best. It was not she who had done anything wrong after all. Nia Shul wondered curiously, what one of these consuls would think if she were to let slip Seinheild's order to her? Would that then save her from a fate that would indefinitely end in death? Perhaps.

Elmira promptly dug out the robe hanging snuggly in the ceiling. There was space aplenty on Endor, but the accustomed pack and clutter of a warship's storage quarters was hard to deter.
Storage. Leaving the Jedi pup to the intendant was a bad idea, but she wanted to see what the intendant would do when no one was looking. If her gauging of Jedi abilities was correct, Attomemhuhvoo could hold out for a few more minutes. The intendant already knew, anyways. But she couldn't be trusted to keep a secret.
She slid off the vonduun crabs firmly, but gently. Elmira wondered if vonduun crabs ever had the urge to mate with each other in view of their owners. Why had this come up? She snapped back into reality; this was taking too long and the intendant was being left unattended. She grabbed the loincloth on the nest bunk. She had only removed parts of pectoral armor, but it was enough. Elmira put it on, and made a motion across the exposed oozlith. It slid off in the usual manner, but indulging in the pain wasn't appropriate for this moment. It was still removing tendrils from pores when she pulled the scliplune from under the bed. In a quick movement, Elmira withdrew a bottle from the contents after pricking her finger.
She exited the room hastily, slipping on the black robe. The intendant needed to be checked on, constantly.

Nia Shul knelt down at the edge of the pool, watching as the Jeedai sunk deeper into it's depths. The gasses created by the small creatures would lift the corpse from it's temporary watery grave when the preserving was complete. But Nia Shul did not expect it to get that far....
A brief exchange of hot and cool air at her back gave her cause to glance back over her shoulder momentarily. There stood Elmira Val, she almost offered her the most sarcastic smile she could muster - it was clear that the warrior was checking up on her prize. A wise move mayhap.
Standing once more , she did not want to be caught off guard, Nia Shul nodded in acknowledgment to the warrior before motioning to the bubbling pool of cloudy water. "It will not be long now...even less if my suspicions are correct."
The intendant then found cause to arch a curious brow at the sudden change of Elmira's outfit - making an effort she herself had no intention of doing. Or perhaps she should? Indeed, would Seinheild suspect ill intention if she actually acted as though she were to go along with this? That she had accepted her fate? The idea was encouraging.

"Ah, but you still have orders to fill." Elimira glared back, exagerrating Nia's tone of voice. The black bodysuit had slid off completely, piling on the floor. She picked it up, and threw it at the feet of the intendant standing over the nutrient pool. It landed on the very rim of the pool, its dark, amorphous body slipping in. Elmira promptly knelt and dipped the fingers of her left hand into the fluid. She took them out and smelled. It was pungeant, and worthy of nostril wrinkling.
"As I expected. The body will need a different preservation formula. Later. I'll do it myself. You're ready, right? Your hair is a mess..." The intendant's response would smell like a nutrient pool, if it had an odor.

"As I expected. The body will need a different preservation formula. Later. I'll do it myself. You're ready, right? Your hair is a mess..."
Nia Shul ran her fingers through her asymmetrical topknot of ebon hair and then removed the coral ring that bound it. Nia shook her hair out, then rebound it just as quick. All this was for Elmira Val's benefit of course, she had no desire to impress, and no doubt the warrior would be dismayed at her lack-lustre attempt of sorting the mess on her head out.
"I do not think the gods will care much what state my hair is in when I am returned to them....do you?" she mock quipped, this too was for Elmira's benefit, she cared not what the warrior thought, and she cared even less about her intentions - they wouldn't matter if Seinheild was dead.
Taking one last glance back at the pool, Nia Shul then turned her suspicious gaze back on Elmira - this wasn't over by far. "Shall we?" she added in a teeth-gritted tone, motioning for the warrior to lead the way. Last in first out after all.

Elmira blinked again at Nia Shul. Alas, what would have happened in the intendant happened to have no hair? What she would do to snip it off. Did her last swing at the consul result in a souveneir haircut?
The warrior waved her hand through the pool one more time, over the nose of the Jedi pup. He would take it as a sign the area would soon be clear. She turned back around to face her much-despised keratin-endowed counterpart, and placed one foot in front of the other until their relative positions had changed so that Elmira was in front. But just slightly.
"I don't suppose you'd mind if I did this? Would you?" she said as she hooked an arm around the intendant's and pulled forward. Her walk harkened to that of a salad carver struggling with an old bissop hand. Oh, it was fun to infuriate well-endowed females, especially intendants.
Their walk drew little stares, for woodland wildlife on the path preferred to stare at members of their own species, but at the gate of the commander's base of operations, the guards made an audible snicker. The salad carver continued dragging the bissop to the kitchen pen, if only to exchange it for another animal.

The sudden contact almost caused Nia Shul to start when Elmira had chosen to link arms with her. That drew out both surprised looks and some chuckles from the few observers that stood around. The intendant grumbled something under her breath and then wrenched her arm free.
"You test my patience." She added soon after, "What a lowly goal."
With a sharp eyed glare she crossed her arms in front of her tightly, making sure that the warrior wasn't about to try anything like that again...or anything else for that matter. Nia Shul regretted that she had not had the chance to at least speak with a shaper about having her two missing fingers replaced with something that could have been useful to her little plan - and indeed plans to come. Such chances had been scant. Even if there was a shaper on world -and the intendant doubted that - her time spent in unconsciousness would have put pay to that idea.
"Save your acting for those as naive as the commander, I have no desire to see more of your pitiful performances." The warrior would be out of her hair- what was left of it - soon enough, she just had to live through this first. And that abhorrently meant, someone else had to die.

"You're going to, if I don't convince him otherwise." Elmira snickered. Nia Shul had looked flustered all the way to the grashal. And she'd almost lost her patience back in the nutrient pits. As much as it would please her to get rid of the intendant, forcing Nia Shul to watch was just as delightful. But not as prudent. What was Seinheild thinking?
There was a way to find out. His chambers were farther along. The commander had a seperate office and bedroom afforded to him. He had another one on Odana. Elmira made it down the hall, drawing the attention of several of the Grahois. They didn't interrupt, although she had to walk out of their way. She tapped on the entrance. Surprisingly, it slid open, although very quickly squeezed shut.
The interior was not very surprising, although Elmira had never been inside the room until now.

(as Seinheild)
He lay on his side facing the oval portal, exactly half of his body submerged into the warm mat of foamy algae that made his bedplace. It was of a type most rare, and he couldn't even begin to remember the name of the world it had been discovered on. Names often didn't matter, what was the name of the intendant that would be joining him soon? Ah yes, Nia Shul..
No, names were not always important, but actions were. The world of the algae's origin was yet another 'rescued' by the yuuzhan vong, it's inhabitants enslaved, it's abominations destroyed.
The gelatinous foam responded to silent commands of the brain, it retreated from or converged upon the body when asked. But that wasn't all, it also retained memory of song and played it back into the mind of its owner. It warmed or cooled to a pleasant wearable temperature and it even touched on pleasure sensors, sending waves of feel good chemicals into the body.
Such a flood engulfed commander Seinheild when he witnessed through one eye, Elmira Val entering his private chamber. The commander gazed at her from between the bleached bars of his bed-prison. She came closer, clearly in view now, her form framed perfectly between two cetacian ribs. Divine.... A goddess of war. His goddess. One that he knew he would worship until the end of days.
She had dressed down appropriatly. Wonderful. Elmira Val was not here to talk. It became more and more obvious to Voh'nn Seinheild that Elmira had excepted his courtship offer. Out of duty or want he couldn't be sure, but all that was important right now, was that she was here with him.
Ah, the sweet victory of long lain plans finally come to fruition!! Algae frothed and curled around the lateral equator of his body, singing sweet song and filling his very core with pleasure. Seinheild ran a hand down his naked tattooed thigh, careful not to prick his flesh with the thin needly protrusion on the ring of his middle finger. This sharp icicle of coral would be the instrumental part of Nia's demise. A small cocoon of liquid sleep inducer was contained within the ring. All Seinheild had to do was press the underside bladder and inject the intendant, and she would slip away into a deep slumber. A very deep slumber, depending on the amount of liquid introduced into her veins. Seinheild took pride in his idea for a humane disposal. She was not a warrior, and therefore should be spared a warriors brutal death. It was a pity that he had to resort to such measures, for Nia was a captivating beauty, stern in her beliefs and mission. Yes, a pity. Of course, the body would need to be mutilated afterward as proof of an infidel attack on her person. He knew Elmira would be up for the job..
As she came closer and saw his onyx eye meet her own two orbs, she knelt and saluted him . The algae around Seinheild's toothsome grin retreated. A river of black hair contained within the organic gel creeped behind his head, giving Elmira an unobstructed view of his face.
"You've made it. I knew you would come.." His voice took on the cadence of raw silky masculinity. Living foam pulled away from his pale body ever so slightly.
"Tell me your want's Elmira Val. Tell me you are not here before me out of duty alone..."

Elmira pricked up in several places as Seinheild lingered on the last syllable. She was pleased to have opportunity to indulge her grievances upon him, although he was boorish and graceless and had watched her from afar rather than approach her in the communal hall back on the worldship. Yet, what would she have expected him to do? It was better that he had been straightforward in his request then, but his personality still reeked of unkempt labor mounts. His bedchamber was thoroughly soaked in the odor of algae, the kind that slipped and covered the walls with accents of stupor-inducing elixirs. She leaned a knee on the edge of the bedfoot where the cetecean's tail curved to the moist squid-coloured floor.
She began to unclasp the remaining pieces of armor.
"If I serve you, I serve the Slayer, no?" she added a whistlhing flourish at the end.
"I feel like I haven't paid my dues to Yun-Yammka. The Embrace of Pain." It was her preference to get it done and over with, Yun-Yammka forbid it. If this were a trial, Elmira would have taken the prolonged encounter instead of backing out, like an infidel would. She hadn't thought of the gods very much, especially not the Slayer. A servant of Yun-Yammka had found a different deity. She didn't attend to Yun-Ne'Shel either, except in passing and subconsciously; the Vonduun crabs were of her shaping.
Elmira traveled the forking of the scars across her chest and shoulders as the pieces came off. Seinheild was watching, no doubt delighted that he should be able to mark a place on what reckoned to the life map of an oceanic Adiirsa, the aquatic Vua'sa. It was a crude comparason; she had not the body of an Adiirsa, nor the lifespan, nor the grace, yet he would see different. Seinheild was not easily deterred from obtaining what he wanted. She would have to try.
The last of the leg armor off, Elmira flexed the blue-veined webbing between her calloused toes and lifted the other foot into the water. She slipped in, nestling against the commander. The algae prickled to accomodate; it was a pleasant feeling, although she harbored little affection for him.
"But we should receive his blessing first." Elmira drew closer, reciting a mantra well-used among the devout, although only half-truth to a disciple of Yun-Ne'Shel. She felt his claws grasping her wrists. He was examining the craggy surface of the hands attached to them, spreading the fingers wide apart, examining the creases of the palms. He hadn't caught on to the bottle tucked away in the black hide of her robe, which was floating loosely against its wearer, hanging back to reveal more scars underneath.
"I would go through with the union ceremony with you. But the intendant..." she whispered, seeing his teeth flashed, skimming the mottled grey of her throat.

The air was humid and wreaked of raw organics. Algae and moss lined the chitinous surface of the chamber where damp accumulated and was allowed to flourish. All in all this place was - Nia Shul noted - a shining example of Seinheild's comfort bound weaknesses. The scents on the air mingled with the faint tang of something else...something illegally shaped you could have said. Hardly surprising considering - few were privy to this, and those that were were eliminated soon after no doubt.
She had knelt after saluting the commander, and remained where she was, eyes cast toward the reflective floor rather than her counterparts. The very sound of the commanders voice set her on edge. Though weather this was born of anger or disgust, Nia could not be certain - perhaps both. The commander made her skin crawl, Elmira Val's advancements were no better. Nia Shul found herself wondering idly, if she would have cause to eliminate the female warrior too.
She will bear witness to her lovers death, but she is the only witness, those who ask questions will require more than my word alone. the intendant thought.
But could Elmira Val's word be trusted? Certainly not. She would twist the coufee in the wound while she still had the chance, and Nia Shul could find herself in a worse situation. The intendant realized that she would have cause to silence Elmira also...but not yet and certainly not this day...not yet.
The female warrior had gone to join Seinheild now and was conversing with him in hushed tones. Nia Shul could not hear them, but the all too sharp eyed gaze that was issued from her rival could clearly indicate the subject pertained to her being here. That was all well and good by the intendant, Elmira would save her a job that another could complete at a later date should she persuade Seinheild to dismiss her.
That struck a chord with her...just that one thought. It brought with it a flood of painful emotion - a pain she could not embrace. Anger, hurt, lust... all rolled into one potent blend of poison. Dismissal was her reason for landing up here. It didn't seem to matter how deep she buried the memory, it always had a way of snaking it's barbs around her mind again eventually. And Elmira Val had touched on that subject briefly before...how could she know?

Out of the corner where her vision started to blur in a way no recording equipment known to her kind could capture accurately, Elmira could see the blue of the intendant's spot-lit face under the pink of the bedchamber ceiling. Her long, black ears pricked up in annoyance, and the semi-mobile grip legs implanted to her brows tensed, scissoring the air around them for invisible pray. How she would have liked to ignore Nia Shul.
Elmira turned around. "What?" she blurbed, hoping to the provoke the unwanted interloper. If only Seinheild would throw her out for disrespect. The warrior knew where to start.

"What?"
The irritating bark of the warriors voice found her ears a little too sharply for Nia Shul's taste. But the sheer fact that her presence annoyed Elmira Val, might be her saving grace in disguise.
"You wish to draw my attention to something, Elmira?" she deliberately used only the warriors first name, as this was not uttered in a tone of endearment, it was undoubtedly an insult to the warrior and her pride. Rile her enough, and the waiting commander might become irritated enough to separate them, giving Nia Shul one of two options - a perfect window of time to escape, or a perfect window of time to kill Seinheild. Either way, Nia Shul would win eventually, and she intended to fully.
"My presence here troubles you?" The intendant made an most mocking expression for barely a moment or two, before continuing " May I remind you warrior, that I know enough of your inadequacies already, I need not acquire more to affirm the insinuation that you are indeed an ngdin among the iifi" Insult to injury...wasn't that an infidel saying? It had relevance here - strange.
